1 - Order
1-1: procurement mode.
Saveb2b APP is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.The order for Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
To purchase on the APP, you must perform the following actions:
- log in to your account or create a new one
- select your product, choose color and size.
- add to cart
- select: continue shopping or confirm shopping cart
- select your delivery mode
-choose your terms of payment
- check the details before finalizing your order
- to avoid paying for out-of-stock items, please wait for the invoice to be sent before paying to determine the items available and the exact amount to be paid.
- after payment is completed, the order will be processed on the same day.Your order will be assigned an order number.Confirmation of your order will be sent to the address previously filled in.
Customers can check the status of their orders by logging into their accounts via the saveb2b APP.
We suggest that you carefully check your order after completion.
Saveb2b will execute orders received on the site based on inventory.Saveb2b promises to notify customers when one or more of its ordered items are missing.
If the order needs to be returned, if the customer wants to return it, it can be done within 7 days from the date of confirmation of the customer.

2 - payment
Article 2-1 payment terms are as follows:

Payment cannot be made by check.

3 - distribution information
3-1 order delivery
SAVEB2B selected (BRT, TNT, GLS) as the distribution company of the goods.They will assume all shipping responsibilities from the time the goods are picked up.
3-2 delivery time
Order preparation and transportation will take 2-3 working days.For some of Italy's more difficult destinations, such as islands or some regions, delivery times can increase to seven working days.
3-3 transportation and expenses
Payment for orders is prepaid by credit card or bank transfer.The goods will be shipped to the address specified in the order, which may be different from the invoice address.
The freight required for Italian region to use our mode of transportation:
- €12-25 Italy per shipment except the areas defined below.
- €12-25 some of the smaller islands in Italy.
Fill in the shipping address and specify the number, number, doorbell number, floor, and name on your mailbox.

Check if there is any damage to the goods before signing the invoice. If there is any damage, you can ask for replacement.You can fill out the form on the MODULO RESI APP or contact our customer service.Our Courier will pick up the goods at a certain time.
3-4 transportation tracking
After shipment, you will receive an email with a shipping tracking code.
4 - return policy
4-1 - return policy
The customer has the right to return the product by sending notice within 15 days from the date of purchase.Notice must be sent by phone to customer service 3887248446 or return email to info@saveb2b.com after this period, refund will not be executed.
4-2 - exchange and refund terms:
Saveb2b was required to accept only returns in the original packaging (shoebox, plastic packaging) and keep it in good condition.Otherwise the return will be rejected.
Returned items will be credited as points or refunds

Saveb2b will reimburse the customer within 14 days of receiving the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
Saveb2b will use the same payment method that the consumer used for the initial transaction for the refund, and he or she will not be charged for the refund unless the consumer specifically requests it.

For all returned goods, whether replaced or cancelled/returned, the freight from customer to Saveb2b will only be paid by us at the time of the first return.
From the second replacement or cancellation/refund, the customer's shipping costs to Saveb2b are as follows:
-€12 Italy per shipment except the areas defined below.
- €18 some of the smaller islands in Italy.
In the case of a replacement, shipping costs from Saveb2b to the customer will be charged, regardless of volume.

The customer must notify QD SRL, saveb2b of any dispute regarding the shipped product within 60 days of receipt of the package, pointing out defects or discrepancies with the order.
Beyond this deadline QD SRL or Saveb2b will not accept any further complaints.
QD SRL must respond to consumers within 10 days of receiving a complaint.In the event of receiving a complaint, QD SRL undertakes to reimburse the customer for the cost or replacement of the wrong item, missing item or item not included in the order
5 - legal guarantee
5-1 consumer rights
All products comply with the legal guarantees provided in section 122-135 of the consumption rules
